We have allowed for growth between regular trims.
If your horse’s hoof width is greater than the length from buttress to toe, then the Simple Boot may not be suitable for your horse.
The SIMPLE Boot is SIMPLE to FIT!
Simply insert hoof into boot. Secure Velcro® closures and adjust sliding keepers.
ONCE THE BOOT IS FITTED, if the strap extends beyond the keeper, then you can cut the strap to the preferred length, leaving a line of stitching to prevent unravelling.
PLEASE NOTE: Boots cannot be exchanged if straps have been cut. Be sure boots are correct size BEFORE cutting.
Unique Outsole:

Too often over the past years, we have had reports of people returning to metal shoes because their horses would remain sore while barefoot. We made massive attempts to educate and inform trimmers, horse owners and farriers how to manage and trim the feet. The most common problem was when a horse without hoof function and concavity was trimmed in the conventional way and simply left without shoes, putting the hoof on sensitive sole tissue. Our Simple horse boot addresses this potential problem by providing a slightly raised rim around the inside of the sole. It is not even 1 mm high and does not interfere with the counter force of a flat surface for expansion, but it is enough to provide extra sole relief for this common problem. It can also allow further comfort between trimmings.

For those who would like additional protection to the SIMPLE Boot softee-leather-covered foam collar, we offer the Cavallo Pastern Wrap (sold in sets of two).
SIMPLE TO USE :
Pull pastern wrap over hoof with the shaped back area covering the bulbs of the hoof, and the Cavallo logo centered at the front.
